Although we ask you to input the name and address of children who may be under the age of 13, we only use that information to produce the Santa photo that you order. Once we fulfill that order we delete all of the child's information. We do not solicit information from children.

If you prefer, you may enter your mailing address, if it is different from the child's, and we will send the photo to that address using the child's name.

During the ordering process you are sent to a secure server to enter your payment details. That secure server is operated by our credit card processor. We do not receive your credit card details so, as a result, we do not store them or have any access to them.

We collect your email address. We use that email address to contact you in the event that we have any questions concerning your order. We do not use your email address for any other purpose.

We do not share your personal information, including your email address, with any other person or company for any reason. We will release your personal information if we are required to do so by a court order or subpoena.
